Tucai sets course for its future

Through the Business Plan entitled Tucai 33, the company has encompassed in 6 strategic axes the coordinates that it will follow in the next 5 years in order to achieve all its objectives, as well as rewriting its values, mission and vision in order to provide a better service to its customers and a greater contribution to society.

Tucai, a company founded in 1963 dedicated to the design and manufacture of flexible connections and valves and fittings for water and gas, has not stopped growing and evolving, always trying to adapt to the needs of the market and offering the best service to its customers.

Now, on the verge of its 60th anniversary, and given the circumstances of economic and geopolitical instability that are being experienced at the moment, Tucai has designed a growth plan for the next 5 years called Tucai 33. And why Tucai 33? There are two reasons.

First, because it is a plan that should guide the company until the year 2027 (33 = 27), and secondly because it is structured around 3 axes of internal transformation that focus on the way they work, design, produce and manage the team, and 3 other axes of external transformation, which are based on the way the company evolves, diversifies and grows in the market.

If we talk internally, the transformation focuses on:

  • People: the objective is to grow by being a great team, diverse, highly committed and satisfied, and with a high capacity for collaboration and teamwork.
  • Digitalization: the digital transformation of key processes both internally and in the relationship with customers and suppliers will improve efficiency.
  • Simplify: growth has to be accompanied by a way of making things easier, faster and working in constant collaboration with colleagues, customers and/or suppliers.

Regarding external transformation, the concepts are as follows:
