On June 28 and 29, our Representative Convention 2023, “Connecting for growth”, took place in Madrid. The objective of this conference was none other than to share the commercial strategy of the Tucai brand, both in flexibles and valves, as well as to get to know each other better.
More than 40 representatives from all over Spain, together with colleagues from Romania, Ukraine and Portugal, joined us for two days full of exchanging ideas and proposals, future plans and the current market situation.
Attendees were able to listen to various presentations such as Competitive Analysis, Marketing Tools or Product Presentations by different members of the Tucai team, including Lorenzo Piera, General Manager of Tucai Group and Sebastián Belzunce Gutiérrez, Director of the Retail Business Unit, among others.
The occasion was also used to thank those representatives of the brand for more than 25 years for their involvement and help in the growth of the company, to whom the General Director of Tucai Group presented a small token of appreciation.
And to end the day, we held a fun Team Building session in which everyone present had to join forces to win.
Communication, negotiation and ingenuity were concepts that we had to apply and that helped us reach the final objective of the game successfully, a very clear simile of what is necessary in our day-to-day work in the market.
