Headquarters
Tucai Group has 3 headquarters. Its headquarters are located in Barcelona (Spain), in addition to 2 subsidiaries, a design and manufacturing base in Bulgaria and another in Asia. In addition to these, there are also several logistics centers located in the Americas and Europe to ensure the best possible customer service.
All Tucai products are exported to more than 100 countries and more than 4,000 points of sale, including DIY stores, hardware stores, professional installation channels and construction and decoration projects.
Tucai is organized into 2 business units. On the one hand, the Distribution Channel and on the other hand the Manufacturers Channel – OEM-, thus allowing to direct the development of products and to carry out the organization of the work according to the specific needs of each target customer. A multidisciplinary and professional team of more than 650 people dedicated to bring the highest added value to each product, which makes Tucai the best partner to associate with.
The following is a brief description of each of the plants.
Headquarters - Barcelona
With a production capacity of 200k units/year, its own laboratory to test the quality of all our products and a team of almost 100 people, the main objective of this headquarters is to be a plant for the development, innovation and assembly of strategic products of new flexibles and valves.
Bulgaria Subsidiary - Europe
Tucai Bulgaria has a high production capacity, with an area of more than 7500 m2 with a total of 19 assembly centers for various products, among which there is also a space with more than 30 machines used exclusively for quality testing of our products. In terms of team, this European subsidiary is the one with the largest staff, with more than 260 professionals dedicated to providing the best service to our customers.
Subsidiary Tucai Ningbo - Asia
A 14,000 m2 factory, with 40 lines for industrialization and development of new products, mass production and its own laboratory with more than 30 machines dedicated to quality control and testing are the characteristics that describe the largest of Tucai’s subsidiaries. It has a team of more than 310 people, including office, production and logistics staff, mainly focused on development and production for the manufacturer channel.
Three plants that throughout their history have evolved to become important centers of development, innovation and manufacturing of pipes and valves with the aim of covering all the needs of the market, always having the best quality in each of the processes.
